Ashly Baker is a nationally respected gymnastics coach and leader at Stars Gymnastics, a premier Gymnastics Training Center Houston known for her exceptional ability to develop elite athletes and contribute meaningfully to the sport’s growth in the U.S. and beyond.
- Elite Athlete Development:
- Coached athletes to compete and medal in prestigious competitions, including a silver medal at the 2006 World Championship and a gold medal at the 2005 Senior Pan American Championships.
- Guided champions at the Jr. Pan American Championships, American Cup, and International Jr. Championships in Yokohama, Japan.
- Mentored gymnasts who have earned over 40 international medals.
- Trained six athletes who made National Teams.
- Consistently cultivated TOPs and Developmental Team Members since 1998.
- Leadership & Governance Roles:
- Served as a TOPs State Manager.
- Functioned as an Elite Zone Administrator.
- Member of the Athlete Development Committee.

- Holds Master of Sport, FIG Brevet Coaching Certification, USAG Brevet Judging Certification, Safe Sport, and USAG Safety Certification.

- Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Sports Management from the University of Florida, specializing in Sports Management.
