At Stars Gymnastics Houston, we specialize in hosting the ultimate Gymnastics Birthday Party Houston parents trust and kids adore. Our parties are filled with movement, laughter, and nonstop fun led by experienced coaches in a safe, fully equipped gym setting.
Party for Ages 1–3: Parent & Me
Perfect for toddlers, our Parent & Me parties are designed for little movers ages 1 to 3. Each celebration includes:
- A musical warm-up to get kids moving
- Age-appropriate gymnastics in our preschool area
- Guided play with close supervision from our trained staff
- Cake and refreshment break in the decorated party area (after the first hour)
Party for Ages 4 & Up
Older children will enjoy a fast-paced, energy-filled party experience with friends! Our structured birthday parties for kids 4 and up include:
- A fun group warm-up
- Small-group rotations (6–10 kids per group) based on age
- Activities on the trampoline, obstacle course, tumble track, rope, and foam pit
- Close supervision and hands-on instruction from certified coaches
- Cake and refreshment time in the party area after one hour of activities
